- What
heat output should I look for on my gas patio heater? Read the details
about Patio Heaters carefully, it should state what area it is able
to heat effectively. More powerful heaters should heater a larger area.
- What safety standards should a Gas
Patio Heater conform to? The best thing is to check that the Gas Patio
Heater is CSA approved. All of our Patio Heaters are fully certified
and CSA approved and meet or exceed EU, UK and US industry safety standards
& requirements.
- How much warmer will I be? That's
a tough question but you should get a good 10 degrees warmer. You'll
really notice the difference; being able to sit outside for longer,
really feeling cosy and warm. Why not try one in a cafe or pub garden
and experience the warmth you could soon be enjoying at home. Our Patio
Heaters are professional and are used in cafes, restaurants and pubs
so this is a really good comparison.
- I'm worried about it falling over?
Don't be, our patio heaters are specially designed to have a large firm
base. Keeping the weight at the bottom makes them very stable. Plus
we also include fixing brackets if you want to fix your Gas Patio Heater
to the ground.
- Where can I get gas cylinders from?
Once assembled, all Patio Heaters are ready to run on new 13kg Calor

You can also purchase gas from local camping stores, hardware shops

- I heard a need a regulator? Yes, you
will also need to purchase a regulator for your gas bottle (normally
no more than £5 - £6) for safety reason we can not supply
that.
- How long will delivery take? We try
and dispatch your order within 24hrs (Mon - Fri) and it should arrive
on average 1 - 3 days later. Deliveries to N.Ireland and the Scottish
Highlands do take slightly longer.
- How much is delivery? Excluding the
Scottish Highlands and N.Ireland delivery is only £19.99 no matter
how many gas patio heaters you order. Delivery to N.Ireland and the
Scottish Highlands is £24.99
